Precision-Cut Silicone Gaskets
We provide custom silicone rubber gaskets in a wide variety of grades, thicknesses, and hardness levels. Our capabilities include standard die cutting as well as flash cutting, which uses CAD drawings and can reverse-engineer existing parts. Standard silicone rubber thickness ranges from .010″ to 1″, with hardness (durometer) typically spanning 30 to 80 Shore A. Choose from a full spectrum of colors, including blue, black, red/orange, white, translucent, and more. Available with or without pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) backing in either acrylic or high-temperature formulations.
Conductive Silicone Gaskets
Conductive silicone gaskets provide effective EMI/RFI shielding and electrostatic discharge protection while maintaining silicone’s excellent temperature and environmental resistance. These gaskets are filled with conductive materials such as silver, nickel-coated graphite, or carbon to achieve the required conductivity levels for your application. Fluorosilicone Gaskets (FVMQ)
Fluorosilicone combines the temperature flexibility of standard silicone with significantly improved resistance to fuels, oils, and hydrocarbon-based solvents. FVMQ gaskets perform reliably from -75°F to +400°F, making them well suited for aerospace fuel systems, automotive applications, and any environment where exposure to petroleum products is a concern. When your application demands both chemical resistance and wide-temperature performance, fluorosilicone is often the optimal choice.
FDA (Food Grade) Silicone Gaskets
Our FDA-compliant silicone gaskets meet the requirements of FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 for food contact applications.
