It is intended for use in applications with water, high aniline point oils, and other environments that do not involve aromatic fuels or certain solvents. CS-301 is rated for short duration maximum temperatures up to 180°C (350°F) and offers a cost-effective sealing solution for light- to medium-duty applications where a compressible gasket material is required.
ASTM F-104 classification: Type 3 materials.
CN-705
CN-705 is a Cellulose Accopac® low-density nonasbestos gasket material with a (NBR) nitrile butadiene rubber binder. It is suitable for use with oil, gasoline, and water, and is intended for applications with short duration maximum temperatures up to 180°C (350°F). CN-705 offers improved chemical resistance over pure cellulose-fiber gasket materials while remaining economical for a wide range of sealing applications.
ASTM F-104 classification: F339199E99M9.
MP-15
MP-15 is a Pro-Formance®/MicroPore® nonasbestos gasket material designed for heavy-duty applications including compressors, diesel engines, and similar equipment. Composed of synthetic fiber with a polychloroprene binder, MP-15 features excellent low flange pressure sealability and bolt torque retention. It is intended for applications with short duration maximum temperatures up to 205°C (400°F). Typical applications include semihermetic compressor gaskets, diesel engine oil pans, water pumps, intake manifolds, and gearcase covers.
ASTM F-104 classification: F729000M5.
CMP-4000
CMP-4000 is a high-performance, compressed MicroPore® gasket material that combines a unique synthetic fiber matrix with a fully cured nitrile butadiene rubber binder. Hydro-Fused® CMP-4000 delivers exceptional sealability and torque retention, and is recommended for short duration maximum temperatures up to 350°C (650°F). Typical OEM and industrial applications include engine, transmission, hydraulic, pump, valve, pipe, and compressor gaskets operating from -40°C to 150°C and from 0 to 40 bar internal pressure. Applications outside this range may be considered with proper validation testing.
MP-2N
MP-2N is a Pro-Formance® gasket material that provides excellent sealability and thermal integrity in coolant, lubrication, and induction systems. The material is particularly well-suited for problem flanges (including those with rough surfaces and/or long bolt spans) where consistent sealing can be difficult to achieve.
